Against the strategic backdrop of deep integration between technological innovation and industrial innovation, and the accelerated formation of new productive forces, humanoid robots, as a new frontier for future industries and a new engine for economic development , are rapidly breaking through technical bottlenecks and moving from laboratories to a new stage of commercial deployment. Approved by the Ministry of Commerce, the "2026 2nd Hangzhou International Humanoid Robot and Robot Technology Exhibition" , jointly organized by the Zhejiang Robot Industry Development Association and the Golden Exhibition Group, will grandly open from May 14 to 16, 2026 at the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together global industry forces to explore new paths for industrial development.

Under the core theme "Humanoid Robots Empowering New-Type Industrialization," this exhibition closely follows the pulse of industry development. The total planned exhibition area reaches 30,000 square meters, comprehensively covering the entire upstream and downstream industry chain — including complete humanoid robots, core components, perception and control systems, AI large models, and application solutions — showcasing the latest technological achievements, innovative products, and commercialization pathways in the field. As a highly influential professional exhibition in the domestic humanoid robotics sector, this event builds on the success of the first edition with a comprehensive upgrade in both content and format, further enhancing the exhibition's professionalism, international reach, and industry linkage effects.

Beyond the core exhibition, the organizing committee has simultaneously created a high-end industry exchange matrix under the model of "one exhibition, multiple conferences." Held concurrently will be multiple high-level forums, including the 2nd Hangzhou Humanoid Robot Conference, the Humanoid Robot Industry Chain linking Conference, the Embodied Intelligence Driving High-Quality Industry Chain Development Conference, the Humanoid Robot Technology Innovation, Investment, and Going Global Forum, and the Industry Ecosystem Co-Building Conference. Additionally, special activities such as new product launches, robot talent shows, and science popularization interactions will take place. Through multi-dimensional, multi-level programming, the exhibition will establish a global industry platform integrating technology exchange, business matching, investment cooperation, and science education, facilitating efficient coordination and collaborative development across the industry chain.

As a major hub for China's AI and robotics industries, Hangzhou — supported by robust policies, a complete industrial supply chain, and a vibrant innovation ecosystem — provides fertile ground for the development of the humanoid robot industry and a solid foundation for the success of this exhibition. According to the organizing committee, this exhibition will fully leverage a multi-dimensional model combining "exhibition + conference + competition," widely bringing together global leading enterprises, cutting-edge research institutions, and industry think tanks to build an open, collaborative, and efficient industrial ecosystem. This will help drive breakthroughs in core humanoid robot technologies and large-scale commercial applications, injecting strong momentum into the development of new-type industrialization.

Currently, the humanoid robot industry is undergoing a critical transition "from technical validation to commercial deployment," with 2026 widely regarded within the industry as a watershed year for large-scale industrial development. Against this backdrop, the 2nd Hangzhou International Humanoid Robot Exhibition will serve as an important vehicle for building industry consensus, integrating high-quality resources, and promoting the translation of achievements into practical applications. The organizing committee now extends a sincere invitation to global robotics R&D institutions, smart manufacturing enterprises, investment institutions, and industry experts. We look forward to meeting you all in Hangzhou in the early summer of 2026, to jointly celebrate this industry event, draw a new blueprint for the development of the humanoid robot industry, and work together to promote high-quality industrial development.
